Claims and Issues
In the rare event that you encounter an issue with your order, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Opening Video Required: To process any claims, we require a clear and unedited video of you opening the parcel. This video serves as proof of the condition of the package and its contents at the time of receipt.
- Time Frame: You must contact us with the opening video within 2 days of receiving the parcel. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
- Contact Us: Once you have the opening video, please contact us as soon as possible.
